Products, Pricing and Provenance

All Inscape Modern products are pre-owned, professionally restored furniture sourced from corporate office refreshes across India. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes; minor variations in cosmetic condition between listed images and the specific unit shipped may occur, consistent with the nature of restored furniture.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Inscape Modern reserves the right to correct pricing errors, refuse, or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after confirmation, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Orders and Payment

All payments are processed online through secure, prepaid payment methods available at checkout (UPI, credit or debit card, net banking, and wallets). Inscape Modern does not offer cash on delivery. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Limitation of Liability

Inscape Modern's total liability arising from your use of this website or any product purchased shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
