We never buy from auctions or unknown sources — every chair arrives with documented corporate provenance and a serial number verified against the manufacturer's warranty database.
Every Inscape Modern chair clears a documented 4-step protocol before it ships: (1) Intake & serial verification against the manufacturer's warranty database, (2) full mechanical inspection of tilt, height cylinder, armrests and casters, (3) deep restoration of mesh, foam and base, and (4) warranty documentation plus white glove delivery with in-room setup. Nothing leaves our facility without clearing every checkpoint.
